ATF (Achieve, Thrive, Flourish) is a key community organisation in Southend that supports young people and families at risk of exclusion through sports, arts, and social activities, they are particularly active in the Victoria Ward.
Since 2012, ATF has worked to reduce anti-social behaviour and social isolation by providing safe environments for young people (ages 5–24) and inter-generational groups. They offer:

Community Drop-ins: Support for families and residents in the Victoria and Shoebury areas

Holiday Clubs: Activities and meal provisions during school breaks
