In 2026, the focus has centered on the Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy, ensuring compliance with national safety standards and “Awaab’s Law.” Recent discussions have prioritized the rollout of the OpenView IPGUARD smart entry systems to enhance security and the implementation of energy-efficiency upgrades to combat rising living costs. Members review performance data, suggest service improvements, and help shape the future of vertical living in the district.
